Nate’s analytical mind makes him a problem-solving pro, and he loves helping local businesses find the perfect spaces for their needs. As a Boulder native, Boulder EXPAND volunteer, and vice chair of the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District Board of Directors, Nate’s basically “Mr. Boulder.” His childhood friends might argue that his rightful nickname is Nate the Great, but we think both work.
